We are excited to announce that OrderlyEmails now allows you to automatically attach PDFs of your Terms of Service and Refund Policy to your Order confirmation emails on Shopify.

Attaching PDFs of your Terms of Service and Refund Policy to your Order confirmation emails is required in some countries in order to comply with local laws and regulations. In some cases, these laws may require that certain information be provided to customers in a specific format, such as a PDF. By attaching these PDFs to your Order confirmation emails, you can ensure that your Shopify email templates are compliant with these local laws and regulations.

Additionally, attaching PDFs of your Terms of Service and Refund Policy to your Order confirmation emails can provide your customers with important information about their rights and obligations as customers of your store. This can help to build trust and confidence in your brand, and can ultimately lead to happier and more satisfied customers.

To make use of this feature, you will need to update your Order confirmation emails on Shopify. OrderlyEmails makes this easy. Here's how to do it:

  1. Login to your OrderlyEmails account at https://www.orderlyemails.com/login
  2. Click the "Customize" button on your email theme
  3. In the editor, go to the "Theme settings" tab
  4. Go into the "Store info / footer" section
  5. Choose the filenames that you would like your customers to see for the two attached PDF files
  6. Once you have made your selections, click the "Export to Shopify" button and follow the instructions for the "Order confirmation" email
