New: Refunded items in your email templates now display a "1x Refunded" tag next to the relevant products. This clearly shows customers which items in their order have been refunded.

You can customize the refunded tag text in the editor under the "Products with pricing" section of emails that include this feature.

To apply this update to your live emails, simply export the latest code from the app for any emails that include this section.

By clearly marking refunded items in your email communications, you create a more seamless post-purchase experience that builds trust with customers and reduces support inquiries.
