We're thrilled to announce a new feature in our OrderlyEmails app for Shopify users. A "Payment reminder" email template has been added to our Shopify email editor and can now be customized to match the look and feel of your store.
The payment reminder email template will be sent automatically by Shopify to customers on or after the due date for unpaid orders. It's a helpful tool to keep your customers informed and up to date on their payments, and helps you stay on top of your outstanding orders.
With easy customization options, this new template has been addedto all of our available Shopify email notification themes.
